Social Justice Empowerment Reception and Dinner

We are excited to bring together donors, advocates, and supporters to Mississippi on the Potomac for wide-ranging and thought-provoking conversations about social justice advocacy and the critical issues impacting our most vulnerable and marginalized communities. This year’s theme—Catalysts for Change—is inspired by the idea that each of us has the opportunity and ability to effect change that advances racial and economic justice in our communities and across the country.

Hosted by MCJ President and CEO Vangela M. Wade and Damon Hewitt, President and Executive Director of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, the dinner will feature MCJ’s advocacy and litigation directors and leading Social Justice Luminaries—some of the country’s foremost legal practitioners and thought-leaders—from national and regional social justice advocacy organizations.

All sponsorships $250 and higher include at least one complimentary admission to the event. If you would like to donate but cannot attend the event, please click the “Donate” button instead of Sponsorships. If you have questions or need any additional information, please contact Tosha Taylor at ttaylor@mscenterforjustice.org.
